The kind of bricks I like to eat

The dessert case at Cuvée on Robertson is well-stocked: snowball sized Mexican wedding cookies, enough rocky road bars to pave a small walkway, lemon tarts with clouds of meringue. But today this chocolate peanut butter Rice Krispie brick jumped out at me, and I’m glad it did.  Tastes just like Girl Scout tag-a-longs, which is a good thing since I only have thin mints left in my kitchen.
